How to Claim Warranty

Take photos and videos of the issue including the LCD PH SKU sticker at the back using TimeMark.
Videos uploaded without TimeMark are not allowed.
Once approved, ship the panel using your preferred courier.
Submit the waybill/tracking photo and preferred account details.

LCD PH will reimburse the ship-back cost after the defective item is received and verified.
